Digital Products All digital downloads are final sale. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
Custom & Print-on-Demand Products Custom-made and print-on-demand products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, with one exception:
If your item arrives damaged due to a shipping or printing defect, you may request a replacement or refund. To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or change of size. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
All Other Products For all other eligible products, returns and refunds are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details.
How to Request a Return or Refund Contact us at support@designcrate.store with your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
